Asian Stocks Rebound as Chinese Rate Swaps Slide; Crude Declines

Asian stocks rose, lifting the
regional benchmark from an almost seven-month low, after goods
and housing data bolstered the U.S. economic outlook. Chinese
one-year interest-rate swaps fell the most since 2008 as the
central bank said it will ensure money-market stability.
